Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

TheDiscOrg is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TheDiscOrg is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

If you realise that you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at hi@thediscorg.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been processed.
