Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• be unworn and unused
• have all original tags attached
• be in its original packaging
• be in the same condition you received it

You must also provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is:

• defective
• damaged
• incorrect

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

• a defective item
• a damaged product
• the wrong item

please contact us immediately at hi@thediscorg.com with photos so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• worn or washed items
• items without original tags
• items not in original condition
sale or discounted items
gift cards
custom or personalised products

Due to hygiene reasons, certain items may also be non-returnable.


Limited Releases

Many TheDiscOrg products are limited releases or drop-based items.

Orders placed during high-demand drops may not be cancelled once placed due to rapid order processing.

Return eligibility still applies once the product has been delivered, provided it meets the return conditions.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you require a different size or product, please:

  1. return the original item

  2. place a new order once the return is approved


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

During high-demand releases or product drops, processing times may be extended.

Customers will receive a confirmation email once their order has been shipped.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to:

• customs duties
• import taxes
• handling fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TheDiscOrg has no control over these charges.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, TheDiscOrg is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.

TheDiscOrg is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
